Eva is partner at Graham, Smith and Partners. As a tax lawyer for over 20 years, she has built a practice advising both private individuals and businesses, helping them find their way through the Dutch tax landscape. She specialises in (international) estate planning, advising on marital agreements, succession plans, wills, inheritance and gift tax. She is also a sparring partner for entrepreneurs (start-up companies, M&A, etc).

Eva is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).

Eva speaks Dutch, English, German (basic), French (basic) and Italian (basic).

From the start of her career, Eva has followed postgraduate courses at institutions such as the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB), Estate Planning College, and Grotius Academie (Estate Planning Certificate, cum laude).
